What is the opportunity?

This unique position leverages your client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction. You will assist clients with their banking, credit, and investment needs, acting as an RBC ambassador to add value during key moments. Your role involves demonstrating digital banking tools, onboarding new clients, and referring complex cases to specialists, all contributing to memorable client experiences that foster satisfaction and loyalty.

What will you do?

  1. Engage proactively with clients in-branch and in the community to identify needs and sales opportunities.
  2. Educate clients and demonstrate technology to enhance their experience, drive sales, and retain business.
  3. Assist clients with a range of banking transactions in response to their inquiries.
  4. Listen actively to understand clients' individual needs.
  5. Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking issues.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with partners to optimize business opportunities and referrals.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course)
  • Passion for client service and success in a target-driven sales environment
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and motivation
  • Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
  • Availability to work all open business hours

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in building client relationships within the financial or service industry
