A career as a Banking Advisor at National Bank offers a versatile role that allows you to pursue your ambitions and positively impact your clients and colleagues. You will adopt a friendly, attentive approach to provide a people-centric experience in the branch.

  • Greet clients and answer their questions.
  • Assist clients with banking applications and ATMs.
  • Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Provide advice and transaction solutions for Personal Banking clients.
  • Build lasting business relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialized colleagues for specific needs.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

Your team: The branch operates one evening per week. Work schedules vary based on team availability. You will report to the Customer Service Branch Manager or Branch Manager and collaborate daily with specialists in investment, credit, mortgage financing, and more.

Our team values passionate individuals and bold ideas. We work together to help clients reach their goals and support colleagues through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

After gaining experience as a Banking Advisor, many opportunities for advancement are available, including promotions, role changes, or regional transfers. We promote internal mobility and career growth.

Prerequisites:

  • College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
