  • This is an opportunity for candidates to express their interest in current and future positions in the South-Shore of Montreal (Brossard, Candiac, Châteauguay, Boucherville, Longueuil, St-Hubert, St-Bruno, St-Lambert, Varennes, St-Constant) or Montérégie (Beloeil, Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Chambly, Saint-Hyacinthe, Granby, Cowansville) locations.

What is the opportunity?

This position requires your client-focused sales expertise and problem-solving skills to maximize each client interaction. You will assist clients with their banking, credit, and investment needs, adding value during important moments and collaborating with RBC partners to help clients achieve their goals. Your role involves demonstrating digital banking tools, onboarding new clients, and referring complex opportunities to specialists, all contributing to meaningful client experiences that foster satisfaction and loyalty.

What will you do?

  1. Engage proactively with clients in branches and communities to identify banking needs, offer advice, and recognize sales and referral opportunities.
  2. Focus on client education and demonstrations, leveraging technology to enhance client experiences, increase sales, and retain business.
  3. Respond to client-initiated contacts, assisting with a full range of financial transactions.
  4. Listen actively to understand individual client needs.
  5. Take ownership of resolving and preventing banking problems.
  6. Maintain relationships with partners to optimize business opportunities and referrals.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course).
  • Passion for putting clients first and success in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Problem-solving and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and a drive to succeed.
  • Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
  • Bilingualism in English and French to serve diverse clients.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in building rapport and maintaining client relationships within financial or service industries.
