This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your customer service skills, financial knowledge, and ability to build strong relationships.

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences and ensure every client interaction is positive and meaningful.
• Open accounts and offer banking products tailored to client needs.
• Identify opportunities for referrals to Account Managers to support clients’ financial success.
• Process transactions accurately while maintaining compliance and attention to detail.
• Educate clients on banking products to promote understanding and engagement.
• Contribute to the success of the branch through collaboration and continuous learning.

Your team

Within the Retail Banking sector, you are part of a team of customer service professionals, reporting to the Branch Manager.
