Job description

• Responsible to complete the daily inventory run to purchase requisitions for re-stock and work order requirements.
• Responsible to source materials for inventory, maintenance, and operations utilizing the RFQ process in SAP.
• Review and process quotes received from suppliers, including price, delivery, Inco terms, and material verification.
• Support the “hot seat” procurement through co-management of a shared procurement email inbox.
• Work with planners and other site personnel to gather additional information about requests, as required.
• Expedite orders needed in a more timely fashion or that are past due.

Successful candidates will have:

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Procurement.
• SAP experience is desired and preferred.
