About the role

This role is based at the Calgary North Hill branch and may require occasional travel to nearby branches.

As an ATB Everyday Banking Advisor 3, you prioritize client-centricity, placing clients at the heart of all interactions. You are committed to delivering exceptional experiences that distinguish ATB and foster client loyalty.

Accountabilities

• Spend 80% or more of your day providing human-centered advice and assistance to clients.
• Seek out information proactively to empower clients to make informed decisions.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships through open communication.
• Establish a positive rapport with clients professionally and responsively.
• Use appropriate methods and tools to communicate policies and processes effectively.
• Utilize digital tools within ATB’s ecosystem to enhance the client experience.

Skills, experience & requirements

• Experience in land-secured lending.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in finance, business administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in retail banking.
• 5+ years client service experience.
