A career as a Banking Advisor at National Bank offers a diverse role that allows you to pursue your ambitions and positively impact your clients and colleagues. You’ll adopt a friendly approach and utilize your analytical skills to provide a people-centric experience for branch clients.

This role provides development opportunities. By obtaining your mutual fund representative license, if you don’t already have it, you can advance in your role and expand your responsibilities, especially by handling mutual fund transactions.

  • Listen to clients’ needs and resolve complex situations.
  • Provide advice and suitable solutions for Personal and Small Business clients to meet their transaction, investment, personal financing, tailored insurance, and estate planning needs.
  • Support clients during mortgage renewal or renegotiation processes.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
  • Refer clients to specialist colleagues for specific needs.
  • Adhere to compliance and risk management rules.

Your team

The branch operates one evening a week. Work schedules vary based on team availability. The position reports to the Branch Manager and involves collaboration with experts in investment, mortgage financing, and other areas.

Prerequisites

  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) license; if not, obtain it within three months of hiring, with a full refund upon successful acquisition
  • Experience in advisory services, an inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity
