Job summary

Sunshine Village Corporation in Banff, Alberta, is seeking Bus Hosts to provide an outstanding guest experience on our Sunshine shuttles. You will greet guests, educate them on policies, and help with loading equipment while coordinating with multiple resort teams.

Role requires excellent English communication, a friendly, professional demeanor, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. You’ll participate in meetings and training, with clean, neat appearance in uniform and dependable

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive attitude and passion for guest service.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
• Maintain professional conduct in uniform.
• Attend meetings and training.
• Punctual and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor guests using Sunshine’s shuttle transportation services.
• Communicate with large groups clearly and firmly when needed.
• Assist with loading equipment and provide service knowledge.
• Complete accurate counts and assist with incident reporting.
• Other duties as assigned.
