Job summary

Sunshine Village Corporation in Banff, AB, is seeking Room Attendants to deliver an outstanding guest experience by keeping hotel rooms and common spaces clean to high standards, assisting guests, and collaborating with Room Checkers, Housepersons, under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeping Supervisor and Hotel Manager.

You should be reliable, able to work weekends and holidays in all weather, with good English communication, time management, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow high quality standards and safety regulations.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms and public spaces to high standards.
• Assist guests by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
• Collaborate with Room Checkers and Housepersons under supervision of management.
• Complete administrative tasks and report incidents as needed.
