Job summary
Sunshine Village is seeking a Facilities Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for the resort’s buildings, electrical systems, and related infrastructure in Banff, Alberta. You will ensure safe, reliable facilities supporting staff, operations, and guest experience, reporting to the VP of Operations and Maintenance.

Qualifications
- Proven leadership and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with HVAC, construction or electrical projects.
- Willing to work flexible hours and outdoors in alpine environment.
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's license.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee budgets, asset conditions, staffing and capital planning.
- Coordinate inspections and maintenance at resort and offices.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management in HR alignment.
- Develop and implement worksite inspections, PM records and training.
- Communicate operating conditions and regulatory compliance (OHS, AHS, Parks Act).
