COBS Bread in Canada is seeking a Production Team Lead to support the Bakery Production Manager and lead a small team in baking from scratch each morning. You will ensure the bakery stays clean, contribute to an exceptional customer experience, and manage production schedules to meet demand.

We value proactive leaders with supervisory bakery experience, strong communication, problem solving, and data-driven forecasting abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising bakery or food production operations.
• Strong leadership and teamwork abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and forecast production based on data.
