Job summary

COBS Bread in Canada is seeking a Production Team Lead who will guide a small bakery crew to bake fresh bread from scratch each morning and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee production flow, uphold quality, and help schedule daily baking activities.

The ideal candidate is a positive leader with bakery supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to forecast production needs based on business data. Flexible hours and opportunities to grow are offered.

Qualifications

• You are a positive leader and fast learner with willingness to learn all bakery operations.
• Previous supervisory experience in a bakery or food production environment.
• Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking.
• Early riser capable of working independently or with a team.
• Ability to forecast and adjust production based on business data.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service preferred.

• Lead and work as part of a small team to bake products from scratch early each morning.
