COBS Bread in Canada is seeking a supervisory role to lead a small team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving bakery sales. You will use proven sales approaches to promote our fresh, high-quality products and support merchandising and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, stocking and campaign preparation, and training new staff while collaborating with management to ensure efficiency and cleanliness across the bakery.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year Supervisory Experience.
• Retail experience and POS handling is a strong asset.
• Positive attitude, friendly demeanor and reliable team player.

Responsabilidades

• Work as a small team to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Use proven sales techniques to promote fresh bakery products.
• Merchandise products and execute marketing campaigns.
• Maintain bakery cleanliness and assist with production as needed.
• Lead team to achieve sales goals while keeping the bakery well merchandised and clean.
• Handle stock ordering and organize materials.
• Train new staff and prepare for campaigns with management guidance.
