Job summary

cobs bread sydney is seeking a capable supervisor to lead daily bakery operations on site. You will manage staff, plan schedules, oversee customer service, and ensure efficient operations while controlling budgets and inventory.

The ideal candidate has strong time management, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is common, with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• This role requires a minimum of a secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience of 5 years or more is preferred.
