Job summary

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team and maintain bakery equipment and facility systems in a safe, reliable, and production-supporting condition. This role emphasizes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of industrial equipment to minimize downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of mechanical/electrical experience, be proficient with CMMS, able to read P&IDs, and work the 3rd shift with compensation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years mechanical/electrical maintenance in an industrial setting (or 5 years experience in lieu of education).
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.
• Experience in two areas: refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, or process controls.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, and controls documentation, including P&IDs, single-line drawings, loop drawings, and equipment layouts.
• Proficiency with CMMS and computers.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and control system issues.
• Support production by diagnosing malfunctions and verifying performance.
• Execute equipment overhauls, installations, and maintenance per production schedules.
• Operate maintenance tools safely and effectively.
• Maintain maintenance documentation and work orders in CMMS.
• Promote compliance with food safety, GMP, quality, and safety standards.
