Central Alberta Co-op's Innisfail Food Store is seeking a Bakery Clerk (cake decorating) to join our team in Innisfail, Alberta. You will decorate cakes to order, assist customers, and help keep the bakery area clean, organized, and stocked.

We offer full-time hours (40 per week) with benefits after 3 months; training is provided for bakery duties. Availability includes weekdays and weekends with mornings, afternoons, and evenings shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with cake decorating.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required.
• Prior bakery experience is an asset; however, training is available.
• Applicants must be over 14 years old.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Decorate cakes and other baked goods according to customer requests and bakery standards.
• Package and label bakery products for sale.
• Perform tasks such as slicing bread, frying donuts, utilizing ovens.
• Assist in production as directed by bakers.
• Stock shelves and pull freezer products as needed.
• Assist in setting up products for the following day.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Position: Bakery Clerk (cake decorating)

Full-time: 40 hours per week. Eligible for benefits after 3 months. If you are relocating from another province, please ensure you have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service
