Giveandgo is seeking a Baker Mixer to prepare and mix raw materials into finished products following batch recipes. You’ll operate equipment within specifications, monitor quality, and ensure safety and sanitation in a fast-paced, high-speed manufacturing facility in Canada.

The role requires basic high school education and 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, with food manufacturing experience considered an asset. Day shift and opportunities for learning and growth are available.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and review all documentation for making batches
• Stage and prepare ingredients for blends and mixes as needed for production according to batch sheets and formulas
• Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment including cleaning and inspection
• Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety
• Regularly monitor that the product conforms to quality and safety specifications
• Strictly follows recipes to make product batches and feed production lines
• Accurately enters mix records onto computer in a timely manner
• Participate in changeovers and clean-up or sanitation of equipment

Job Overview:

Under the general supervision of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor, the Baker Mixer's primary responsibility is to mix raw materials in order to create finished products according to the batch recipes. They will ensure that equipment is operated within process specifications and that good quality products are produced at all times.
Shift: Day (7AM to 3PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Obtains and reviews all documentation for making batches
• Stages and prepares ingredients for blends and mixes as needed for production according to batch sheets and formulas
• Ensure proper and safe operation of the equipment including cleaning and inspection
• Responsible for practicing and adhering to Food Safety, GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Health and Safety
• Regularly monitor that the product confirms to quality and safety specifications
• Strictly follows recipes to make product batches and feed production lines
• Accurately enters mix records onto computer in a timely manner
• Participate in changeovers and clean-up or sanitation of equipment

• Completion of high school education or equivalent
• 1-3 years of manufacturing experience; food manufacturing experience is an asset
