Job summary

Farm Boy Inc. is hiring to deliver a welcoming, fresh shopping experience and outstanding customer service. You will help display products beautifully, stock shelves, and assist customers in-store while upholding health and safety standards.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
• Retail experience is an asset; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and pride in delivering quality results and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• A collaborative, team‑oriented approach with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple deadlines, standing, heavy lifting, and work in cooler, freezer, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluency in English; French language skills are considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise with accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas.
• Follow corporate policies focusing on Health & Safety and Food Safety.
• Complete opening and closing procedures and support teammates as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties as required.

You’ll help create the welcoming, fresh shopping experience Farm Boy is known for by delivering outstanding customer service and keeping our department looking its best. With an eye for detail and a passion for teamwork, you’ll ensure products are displayed beautifully and customers feel supported every step of their visit. • Deliver warm, confident, and engaging customer service that reflects Farm Boy’s commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
• Welcome, greet, and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards while sharing your knowledge and enthusiasm for our products.
• Package, stock, and rotate merchandise on display counters and shelves, ensuring high-quality presentation and accurate signage.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
• Follow all corporate policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Health & Safety, Food Safety, and proper equipment use.
• Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
• Support the team with additional duties on a periodic basis.
