• The candidate will be required to prepare special orders.
• The candidate will be responsible for inspecting the kitchen and food service areas.
• The candidate will be expected to frost and decorate cakes and baked goods.
• The candidate will be expected to ensure that the product quality meets established standards.
• The candidate will be expected to create production schedules.
• The candidate will be required to bake mixed dough and batters.
• The candidate must be able to operate machinery.
• The candidate will be expected to train employees.
• The candidate will be expected to supervise baking and kitchen staff.
• The candidate will be expected to schedule personnel.
• The candidate will be expected to organise and keep inventory.
• The candidate must requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
