Ideal candidates have 2+ years in production software development, strong Go or Python skills, and hands-on AWS serverless experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of production software development experience.
• Experience with Go or Python and ability to work in both.
• Designing and integrating APIs, services, and async backends.
• Hands-on AWS serverless experience (Lambda, S3, queues, CloudWatch).
• Relational DB design, query optimization, caching, Redis and DynamoDB.
• Observability: structured logging, metrics, tracing, alerts.
• Git workflows, automated tests, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools for coding and testing.
• Strong problem solving, detail oriented, able to work independently.
• Willingness to learn new tools/frameworks; Canada work authorization.

• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle from planning to maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using modern frameworks.
• Evolve systems via refactoring, tests, and debt reduction.
