Qualifications

• Proficient backend development in C#, .NET, Java, or Go.
• Strong distributed systems knowledge and service-to-service communication.
• Experience with relational databases and ACID transactions.
• Familiar with modern DevOps, automated testing, and CI pipelines.
• Interest in using AI tools to boost productivity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with technical product partners.

Responsibilities

• Transition to microservices and remove delivery bottlenecks.
• Build and operate services in production cloud environments (AWS).
• Resolve legacy problems and scale databases.
• Automate manual processes and apply TDD and trunk-based development.
