Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Python/Django developer to build and launch customer-facing features through Django backend services, delivering reliable, scalable experiences. You will improve customer experience through performance optimizations, reduce technical debt, and sustain the engineering team's quality of life while supporting teammates.

The role requires in-person work two days per week at a hub and willingness to travel between the US and Canada, with proactive communication and end-to-end
