Job summary

Cambio is seeking a Backend Engineer to build scalable Django-based services and to collaborate closely with the team in a fast-paced startup environment. You will ship customer-facing features, optimize performance, and help reduce tech debt while supporting teammates across the org.

Ideal candidates are outcomes-driven, love solving problems end-to-end, and communicate clearly to align on progress. This in-person role is based in Waterloo/NYC/San Francisco with a competitive equity package.

Logistics
