The Role:

Our Retail Team is seeking a Back of House Ecommerce Associate for our Robson Street location. Reporting to the Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will support delivering a premium customer experience and enhance our in-store fulfillment services. You will collaborate with warehouse, product, customer experience, retail, and ecommerce teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with fulfillment leads to optimize processes.
2. Process and ship orders within 24-48 hours.
3. Perform daily data entry and reporting.
4. Coordinate with the back-of-house team to receive and store new stock.
5. Track results to improve eCommerce fulfillment performance.
6. Work with the Customer Experience team to update systems and communicate order statuses.
7. Manage inventory and conduct cycle counts.
8. Coordinate and process online returns promptly.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Needed:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A confident, calm attitude capable of performing under pressure.
• A team player who knows when to involve senior staff and ask for support; humility is valued.
• Experience with Slack, Shopify, and warehouse management systems is a plus.
