The Role:

Our Retail Team is seeking a Back of House Ecommerce Associate at our Metrotown location. Reporting to the Back of House Manager, you will support delivering a premium customer experience and enhancing in-store fulfillment services. You will collaborate with the warehouse, product, customer experience, retail, and ecommerce teams.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with fulfillment leads to optimize processes.
2. Process orders and shipments within 24-48 hours.
3. Perform daily data entry and reporting.
4. Coordinate with the retail back-of-house team to receive and stock new inventory.
5. Track results to improve eCommerce fulfillment performance.
6. Work with the Customer Experience team to update systems and communicate order statuses.
7. Manage inventory and conduct cycle counts.
8. Coordinate and process online returns promptly.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Needed:

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. A confident, calm demeanor capable of performing under pressure.
3. A team player who knows when to seek assistance from senior staff and is humble enough to ask for support.
4. Experience with Slack, Shopify, and warehouse management systems is a plus.
