We’re seeking a senior developer for the Client Onboarding and Regulatory Platform, involved in detailed technical design, development, and implementation of applications using emerging technologies.

This is a Software Engineering III position at the Director level, responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead development for the Onboarding and Regulatory platform.
• Utilize expertise in distributed development tools and tech stack, primarily Java, Java web development, Angular, databases, enterprise frameworks, integration patterns, and cloud architecture.
• Own the development of new platform features following best practices, standards, usability, cloud adoption, and user experience focus.
• Engage with a global user base to design effective user interfaces for onboarding and regulatory processes.
• Participate in all software development phases, from requirements analysis to design, development, and continuous improvement of agile practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Java EE and core Java experience with leadership qualities.
• Experience in web services, REST, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
• Strong skills in Object-Oriented Design, patterns, architecture, and integration.
• Proficient in database design and SQL.
• Experience with frameworks like Spring, JUnit, BDD, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external groups, including offshore teams.
• Strong technical understanding and problem-solving skills, including system integration and debugging.
• NoSQL experience, especially MongoDB, is a plus.
