Qualifications

• Proven customer service and engagement skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience with omnichannel sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively and balance multiple customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite POS transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and the loyalty program.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.
