Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits
• Resolve customer issues proactively in a fast-paced retail setting
• Assist with omnichannel sales to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Process point-of-sale transactions
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss
