• Retail or customer-facing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and empathy with customers.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with omnichannel orders when needed to serve customers.
• Complete POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Restock shelves and process shipments as needed.
