You’ll balance multiple customers, assist with omnichannel shopping, process transactions, stock shelves, and explain promotions and the loyalty program, all while maintaining a safe, clean store.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.

• Meet customer needs by supporting omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
