Responsibilities

• Call on established and prospective customers to sell company products and services.
• Proactively plan customer visits 1-2 weeks in advance.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client concerns and needs.
• Grow the industrial footprint within the Greater Toronto Area by meeting with customers regularly.
• Develop understanding of products and services to upsell/cross-sell to key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and vendor partners to maintain service levels.
• Forecast sales activity and revenue on monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to manage customer information during planning.
• Other tasks as assigned.
