Job summary

PCL Energy Inc. in Edmonton, Alberta, is hiring Journeyperson B Pressure Welders (By-Hand) for the Air Products ITC project. This role includes day and night shifts with a base wage of $52.00/hour, an ITC premium of $2.50/hour per cheque, and a $3.00/hour night shift premium.

Local applicants only; travel not provided. Qualifying welders must hold a B Pressure Welder certification and have strong F6 TIG experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid B Pressure Welder Certification.
• Strong F6 TIG welding experience.
• Complete required qualifiers and ticket testing prior to site access: F6/F4 Qualifiers, F6HW, F6F4HW, F6F5.
• Produce high-quality welds while maintaining productivity and safety standards.

PCL Energy is seeking Journeyperson B Pressure Welders (By-Hand) for Air Products ITC project in Edmonton, AB for Day and Night Shifts

Work Conditions & Remuneration

• Base wage: $52.00/hour
• Plus $2.50/hour ITC premium paid on each cheque
• $3.00/hr Night Shift Premium
• Competitive benefits package
• Schedule: 5/2 (Monday - Friday)
• 48-hour work week
• Must successfully pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test
• LOCAL ONLY - No LOA or camp provided
• Safety training will be provided

As a B Pressure Welder for PCL Energy, you will contribute to our team by:

• Holding a valid B Pressure Welder Certification
• Demonstrating strong F6 TIG welding experience
• Successfully completing required qualifiers and ticket testing prior to site access:
  • F6/F4 Qualifiers
  • F6HW
  • F6F4HW
  • F6F5
• Producing high-quality welds while maintaining productivity and safety standards
• Working effectively within a team environment
• Taking direction and following established work processes
• Being safety conscious and adhering to all PCL safety processes and policies
• Meeting qualification and training requirements based on specific work conditions
• Having reliable transportation to local project sites
• Other qualifications may be required
