Job summary

PCL Energy is seeking Journeyperson B Pressure Welders (By-Hand) for the Air Products ITC project in Edmonton, AB. Base wage is $52.00/hour with an ITC premium of $2.50/hour and a night shift premium of $3.00/hour. Local candidates only; drug testing required; 5/2 schedule.

Qualified welders must hold a B Pressure Welder Certification, have strong F6 TIG welding experience, and complete all listed qualifiers before site access. Safety and teamwork are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• Valid B Pressure Welder Certification.
• F6 TIG welding experience.
• Completion of F6/F4, F6HW, F6F4HW and F6F5 qualifiers.
• Reliable transportation to local project sites.
• Must pass pre-access drug and alcohol test.

Work Conditions & Remuneration:

• Base wage: $52.00/hour
• Plus$2.50/hour ITC premium paid on each cheque
• $3.00/hrNight Shift Premium
• Competitive benefits package
• Schedule:5/2 (Monday - Friday)
• Must successfully pass a pre-access drug and alcohol test
• LOCAL ONLY - No LOA or camp provided
• Safety training will be provided

As a B Pressure Welder for PCL Energy, you will contribute to our team by:

• Holding a valid B Pressure Welder Certification
• Demonstrating strong F6 TIG welding experience
• Successfully completing required qualifiers and ticket testing prior to site access:
  • F6/F4 Qualifiers
  • F6HW
  • F6F4HW
  • F6F5
• Producing high-quality welds while maintaining productivity and safety standards
• Working effectively within a team environment
