Job summary

AgeCare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Arbutus Care Centre in Vancouver, BC. You will deliver goal-directed nursing care, support an interdisciplinary team, and ensure residents receive compassionate, person-centered care.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will conduct assessments, manage medications, educate residents and families, and participate in care conferences. A relocation bonus of up to $10,000 is offered to eligible candidates; CPR/First Aid and

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the applicable province/state.
• Experience in senior care or long-term care is preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications and treatments per policies.
• Conduct resident assessments, develop and update care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and the nursing team.
• Assist with transitions including move-ins, discharges, and transfers.
