Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a connectivity engineer to own secure networking and integration services within a fintech-focused environment. You will work on cloud infrastructure, Azure networking, and secure file transfer, alongside DevOps and engineering teams.

You will help design, operate, monitor, and improve connectivity services with strong emphasis on observability, security, and automation using modern GitOps practices.

Qualifications

• Cloud infrastructure and Azure networking experience.
• Secure connectivity across production environments.
• Ownership of infrastructure services from implementation to monitoring.
• Experience with enterprise integrations (VPNs, APIs, messaging).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on engineering work across connectivity services (70%).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Own deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation of connectivity services.
• Improve observability and security of infrastructure.
