Redox is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain and enhance IT infrastructure, focusing on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related cloud technologies. You will support endpoints, virtual environments, and IP telephony while driving upgrades with minimal disruption.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong communication, and hands-on management of Hyper-V, FortiGate, and monitoring tools such as PRTG. Hybrid Sydney-based office with on-site parking and-benefits offered.

Qualifications

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across the team.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Systems Administrator.
Extensive experience managing physical servers and virtual infrastructure (Windows Server, Hyper-V).
Proven Microsoft cloud experience: Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Autopilot, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Teams and Azure Arc.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Experience troubleshooting SIP and ensuring IP telephony reliability.
Experience managing FortiGate firewalls and firewall policies desirable.
Experience with backup/restore, patching and system maintenance for reliable infrastructure operations.
Experience with monitoring tools, ideally PRTG.

Responsabilités

Provide expert-level support to resolve complex technical issues.
Analyse, design, implement, and manage new software integrations for seamless functionality.
Plan and manage lifecycle of system upgrades and new software implementations with minimal disruption.
Ensure continuity and optimal performance of the Hyper-V environment.
Monitor network and devices to maintain high reliability and security.
Manage network infrastructure including DNS, routers, switches, and FortiGate firewall policies.
Maintain Exchange Online, Active Directory, Group Policy and DFS ensuring security and updates.
Support IP telephony system and troubleshoot VOIP issues.
