Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Access Modelling Analyst to analyze client and partner needs and plan, prioritize, and coordinate work to meet objectives using Azure RBAC access controls. The role emphasizes cloud technology, RBAC modeling, and digital transformation within a Canada-based IT environment.

Responsibilities include granting access for operational requests, IT support, documenting programs and procedures, and delivering user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience with Azure and access management.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Experience with the agile approach.
• Knowledge of security concepts (access management, monitoring, logging).
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation and IaC practices.
• Knowledge of the Azure environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to operational requests from partners using the cloud platform by granting the appropriate access and privileges.
• Provide technical support and follow-up for IT operations.
• Help develop execution strategies and analyze and document programs and applications.
• Help draft documentation and operational procedures. Help prepare and deliver training for users.
• Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve limited-severity system issues as needed.
