Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Access Modelling Analyst in Montreal. You will analyze client needs, plan and coordinate work, and ensure access management using Azure RBAC within a cloud focus.

The role emphasizes security concepts, PowerShell, and IaC practices in a hybrid work setup. Responsibilities include responding to operational requests, supporting IT operations, drafting docs and procedures, and delivering user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of relevant Azure experience with access management and RBAC.
• Knowledge of security concepts and monitoring/logging.
• Experience with agile approach and French language is required.
• Advanced PowerShell knowledge and infrastructure automation familiarity.

Responsibilities

As an Azure Infrastructure Access Modelling Analyst, you analyze the needs of clients and partners, and you plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet commitments in line with objectives. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. We’re looking for new people to help us meet the growing demand for our services. • Respond to operational requests from partners using the cloud platform by granting the appropriate access and privileges
• Provide technical support and follow-up for IT operations
• Help develop execution strategies and analyze and document programs and applications
• Help draft documentation and operational procedures. Help prepare and deliver training for users
• Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve limited-severity system issues as needed.

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience (Azure, managing access and privileges, RBAC model)
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Experience with the agile approach
• Knowledge of French is required
• Knowledge of security concepts (access management, monitoring, logging, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation technology
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices
