Job summary

Desjardins is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Access Modelling Analyst to help clients and partners plan, prioritize, and coordinate work in line with objectives. You will work within the cloud environment (Azure) focusing on access management and RBAC models while supporting IT operations.

You will respond to operational requests, help draft procedures, provide training, and document programs. A background in Azure, PowerShell, and IaC is preferred, with strong security awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant Azure experience.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of security concepts (access management, monitoring, logging).
• French language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to operational requests from partners using the cloud platform by granting access and privileges.
• Provide technical support and follow-up for IT operations.
• Help develop execution strategies and analyze and document programs and applications.
• Help draft documentation and operational procedures; deliver user training.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve limited-severity system issues as needed.

As an Azure Infrastructure Access Modelling Analyst, you analyze the needs of clients and partners, and you plan, prioritize and coordinate work to meet commitments in line with objectives. Your projects and initiatives require comprehensive knowledge of your line of work. We’re looking for new people to help us meet the growing demand for our services. • Respond to operational requests from partners using the cloud platform by granting the appropriate access and privileges
• Provide technical support and follow-up for IT operations
• Help develop execution strategies and analyze and document programs and applications
• Help draft documentation and operational procedures. Help prepare and deliver training for users
• Analyze, diagnose, follow up on and resolve limited-severity system issues as needed.

What you bring to the table

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience (Azure, managing access and privileges, RBAC model)
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Experience with the agile approach
• Knowledge of French is required
• Knowledge of security concepts (access management, monitoring, logging, etc.)
• Advanced knowledge of PowerShell
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation technology
