Job summary

Advantage Personnel seeks an AZ Driver for the Kingston route based in Mississauga, ON. The position runs Sunday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, with a flat rate of CAD 220 per shift and training paid at completion.

Drivers will transport goods, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain logs while following safety standards. Orientation is paid; candidates will be paired with a company driver after training for on‑the‑job guidance.

Qualifications

• Valid AZ/ Class 1 license.
• CVOR dated within 30 days.
• Willingness to lift 20-30 lbs and operate equipment.
• Attend online training and 2-hour in-person orientation (paid at $220.00 upon completion).
• Flexible availability for required shifts.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking experienced drivers for our client's Kingston route. Drivers will be responsible for transporting goods, assisting with loading/unloading and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Required lifting/moving 20-30 lb. boxes using pump carts, electric walkies, or manual handling as required

Requirements

• Abstract and CVOR dated within 30 days
• Valid AZ/ Class 1 license
• Willingness to lift 20-30 lbs. and operate equipment
• Strong reliability and attention to detail
• Flexible availability for required shifts
• Attend online training and 2-hour in-person orientation (paid at $220.00 upon completion)
• After training, 1-2 days being paired with company driver for on-the-job guidance
