Job summary

Tim Hortons Distribution is seeking an AZ Driver based in Kingston, ON. The role involves delivering dry and temperature-controlled products to Tim Hortons locations with a focus on safety and service.

You will complete inspections, document regulatory items and assist restaurant staff with product onboarding. Ideal candidates hold an AZ license with 5 years of AZ equipment experience, a clean Abstract and CVOR, and the ability to lift 23 kg.

Qualifications

• AZ License with 5 years of experience operating AZ equipment (LCV certification).
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR to be provided at time of interview.
• Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Tim Hortons restaurant orders safely and professionally.
• Provide outstanding customer service to restaurant staff.
• Perform Pre/Post-trip inspections and complete regulatory docs.
• Offload products using a powered tailgate and walkie.
• Verify order accuracy and assist with product placement.
• Address inquiries from owners/customers courteously.
• Follow food safety and food defense standards.
• Assist with general cleaning and yard duties as needed.

Schedule shifts included morning, afternoon and evening departures and weekend runs.This position will be based out of our Kingston Distribution Centre located at 1119 Innovation Drive.What we do:Our drivers safely deliver dry and temperature-controlled products to Tim Hortons restaurants in surrounding area. We operate 7 days per week nearly 24 hours per day using a variety of trailer sizes to meet delivery demands and constraints. Applicants will be expected to become Long-Combination-Vehicle (LCV) certified upon hire.
