Role Overview :

As an AWS Technical Architect, you will :

• Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
• Conduct technology assessments and audits to improve agent experience and productivity.
• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
• Educate customers on AWS value propositions and participate in architectural discussions.
• Lead discovery, build ROIs, and deliver presentations.
• Translate customer needs into contact center designs leveraging AWS and Salesforce.
• Oversee and mentor technical teams ensuring timely, quality delivery.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project communications and deliver end-user training.
• Exercise independent judgment on enterprise projects.
• Lead strategic discussions with contact center leadership.

Qualifications :

• Experience with contact centers, integrations, APIs, scripting languages, and cloud architecture.
• Strong communication skills, troubleshooting, and automation knowledge.
• Certifications in AWS and Salesforce are preferred.
