Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a driven sales professional for the Abbotsford, BC area to drive foodservice sales, build base business, and acquire new accounts. You will collaborate with local Field Sales to execute monthly priorities and promotions, ensuring strong product placement across accounts.

The role requires 1–2 years of direct selling experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a valid driver’s license. Food service or consumer products experience is preferred, with strong analytical and presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Food Service or Consumer Products experience preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Suite.
• Solid presentation skills required.
• Possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve foodservice sales volume, revenue, and profitability goals for the assigned territory by providing superior customer service.
• Grow base business through effective selling and execution of monthly business priorities.
• Prospect and acquire new foodservice accounts using customized proposals.
• Convert local and national business accounts ensuring marketing equipment and product placement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with local Field Sales team to meet business objectives.
• Activate local marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand performance.
• Identify and align resources required to support account execution.
• Prepare account and equipment profiles and service contracts.
• Ensure Merchandising standards are executed in all accounts.

Away From Home (AFH) is a key commercial channel for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, designed to drive incremental growth and strengthen brand engagement with customers and venues where consumers experience our brands outside of their homes. This includes restaurants, catering, hospitality, recreation, workplace environments, and vending services.

This position's territory is located in Abbotsford, BC & surrounding areas.

Total Compensation: $51,800 - $84,420

Responsibilities
