The Maples Group is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Fund Accounting in Montreal. You will lead the preparation and review of complex net asset valuations for hedge and private equity funds while coordinating with clients, lawyers, and investment managers across jurisdictions.

A commitment to delivering high-quality client service is essential. Ideal candidates hold an accounting degree with 3–5 years’ PE/hedge fund experience, are proactive, detail oriented, and fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Accounting with 3–5 years’ PE and/or Hedge Fund related experience.
• Proactive, self-starter and detail oriented.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and review complex net asset valuations for hedge and private equity funds.
• Coordinate with clients, lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers and other counterparties across jurisdictions.
• Deliver high levels of client service while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
