Job summary

TD is seeking an AVP of Digitization Delivery in Toronto, overseeing the end‑to‑end technology strategy, delivery, and operational performance for a Product Group. You will lead engineering teams, align with architecture, risk, and regulatory standards, and drive innovation for scalable digital solutions.

You will partner with Product Group Owners and senior leaders to prioritize roadmaps, manage delivery, and ensure business value while reporting to the VP, Enablement Platform.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and / or technical certification required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• 15+ years of relevant experience in software engineering and delivery.
• 7+ years in Technical Product Ownership or Agile delivery.
• SAFe certifications or experience are a plus.
• Delivery experience across multiple TD business segments and tech areas.
• Knowledge of document digitization systems/tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology strategy, delivery, and operational performance for a Product Group.
• Partner with Product Group Owners, business leaders, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure tech solutions.
• Establish technology roadmaps, lead engineering teams, manage delivery, and align investments with architecture and regulatory standards.
• Drive product vision, maintain prioritized backlog, remove blockers, and foster innovation.
• Provide leadership to multiple teams across the enterprise and guide cross-department initiatives.
