If this sounds like your kind of company, then consider this opportunity to become part of a collaborative team of professionals at a leading, independent offshore bank and trust company.

Are you an experienced operations leader with a solid understanding of custody functions and a passion for leading high-performing teams? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic financial institution where your expertise in securities, leadership, and operational excellence will play a pivotal role in supporting complex, high-value client operations across international markets.

Reporting to the Vice President of Custody Operations, this leadership role is responsible for managing a talented team that oversees a range of custody operations functions. You’ll have the opportunity to lead daily operations while also being a part of continued process improvements, system upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration that supports service delivery and client satisfaction.

You’ll play a key role in developing and mentoring staff, overseeing performance and engagement, and ensuring your team is equipped with the tools, training, and clarity to thrive. Whether leading business-as-usual operations, working on complex projects you’ll bring discipline, structure, and forward-thinking solutions to every challenge.

As a trusted people leader, you’ll create a culture that is performance-focused, client- centric, and aligned with evolving operational priorities.

Success in this role will require experience in financial services operations, a working knowledge of global securities including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and treasury products, along with a proven ability to lead within a complex multi-jurisdictional organization.
