• Advise and support a diverse clientele in commercial transactions, particularly in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations.
• Take full ownership of significant files with a high degree of autonomy.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and corporate documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients and demonstrate strong team spirit.
• Collaborate closely with experienced colleagues in a dynamic and supportive environment.
• Handle mandates independently while benefiting from team support.
