Job summary

Air Inuit Ltd. is hiring a Technical Librarian for its Hydro-Québec Division to manage and control all technical publications used by Maintenance. You will ensure accuracy, currency, accessibility, and regulatory compliance to support safe fleet operations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in technical publications or records, familiarity with AMM/IPC/CMM, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with electronic document management systems are desirable;

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in Aircraft Technical Publications, Technical Records, Library Services, or related environment.
• Familiar with AMM, IPC, CMM and other technical publications.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large documentation updates and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process incoming technical publications and revisions.
• Maintain the Technical Library and ensure currency of publications.
• Update and maintain the Technical Publications Index and tracking systems.
• Ensure controlled documents are filed and accessible to authorized personnel.
• Coordinate distribution of publications to Maintenance and departments.
• Liaise with manufacturers, vendors, and providers on revisions and subscriptions.
• Monitor revisions and incorporate changes promptly.
• Support new aircraft types by maintaining related documentation.
• Assist Maintenance staff in locating publications when required.
• Inform Supervisor of irregularities or discrepancies.
