Job summary

Air Inuit seeks a Stores Agent at the Montreal-Trudeau Technical Center to manage aircraft parts daily, overseeing shipping, receiving, and storage organization under supervision.

You will support urgent AOG situations, work with ERP systems (WINAIR, D365), and collaborate with a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French and English is preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in aviation is an asset.
• Valid driver's license required.
• RAIC eligibility including airside permit.
• Physically capable of loading and unloading deliveries.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Knowledge of aircraft inventory control systems is a plus.
• Team-oriented with initiative and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process and expedite shipments and material pickups.
• Verify documentation is complete and up to date.
• Material picking to support projects.
• Material receiving and issuing in ERP (WINAIR, D365).
• Maintain clean, organized storage areas.
• Assist senior stores agents in stores operations.
• Support AOG services when required.
• Perform other tasks to support department needs.
