Job summary

Starlink Aviation in Dorval, Canada, is seeking a ramp agent. You will greet passengers and crew, prepare aircraft, guide movements on the ramp, tow and refuel aircraft, and handle load/unload tasks while ensuring safety at all times.

Strong customer service and teamwork are essential. The role requires bilingual English/French communication, a valid Canadian work permit, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a Canadian work permit.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license (class 5).
• Possess AVOP or be prepared to obtain within 3 months.
• Eligible to obtain RAIC.
• Experience in aviation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers and crew in a professional, courteous manner.
• Respect safety rules on the ramp and in the hangar at all times.
• Prepare aircraft for flight and customer acceptance.
• Guide aircraft during arrivals and departures with hand signals.
• Tow aircraft; refuel aircraft; load/unload equipment.
• Transport passengers/crew members and perform related tasks.
